Swimmers must be at least 4 years of age to participate in the Swim School!

There are a limited number of spots available in each session. Once those spots are filled, registration will close!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Lessons spots are not reserved until the payment portion of the process is completed! All aquatics programs are non-refundable.

To register use the links below depending on the class time. After filling out the webform you will then be shown a seperate link for making your online payment. When paying, please select a quantity equal to the number of swimmers. Each session requires a seperate payment.

Summer 2012- Swim School

At Libertyville High School

Dates for the Swim School Classes:

Session #1 Meets Monday through Thursday, June 11-June 21

Session #2 Meets Monday through Thursday, June 25-July 5

Session #3 Meets Monday through Thursday, July 9-July 19

There will be no class Wednesday, July 4^th(this class will not be made –up)

Class Time Schedule:

Child Non-Swimmer: 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am

Child Progressive: 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am

Child Advanced: 9:00am, 10:00am, and 11:00am

Fee:

$70.00 per session

Class Placement

All swimmers who were part of the program in the Winter 2012 will be placed according to their final testing. Please bring your card to the first day of lessons. All other swimmers will be registered according to the parent’s estimate of ability, but will be moved in to a different class if appropriate. If you are unsure of your child’s placement level, a test can be conducted on the first day of lessons.

All District 128 swimming programs are non-refundable, and there will be no refunds or make-ups for missed classes.
