We invite all LHS parents to become an integral part of our school family through one of our three parent organizations—Parent CATS, FAST, and Libertyville Connect. Each group offers unique opportunities to get involved, support our students and teachers, and make lasting connections with fellow parents. Whether you’re looking to contribute your time, share your expertise, or simply stay informed about school events and initiatives, there’s an organization for you.

Are you interested in supporting your student’s fine arts activities? Or meeting other LHS parents? Come join the Fine Arts Support Team!
FAST is a parent-led, nonprofit organization that supports all areas of the fine arts programs at LHS: Art, Dance, Music, and Theatre. Not only do we arrange volunteers for various program needs, FAST also supports students with funding for masterclasses, competitions, and needs-based private lesson scholarships. Participation in FAST is a fun and rewarding way to be involved at LHS!
Libertyville Connect is a community coalition dedicated to positively impacting the health of our youth. Established in January of 2017, Connect is currently comprised of local stakeholders including representatives from Advocate Condell Medical Center, Cook Memorial Library, community parents, Lake County Health Department, Libertyville High School staff and students (LHS), Highland Middle School staff, Libertyville Police Department, Libertyville Village, and Youth and Family Counseling.
Libertyville Connect advocates for positive youth mental health and a substance-free lifestyle by educating, empowering, and engaging our community.

Welcome! If you have a student at Libertyville High School...then YOU are a part of Parent CATS! Parent CATS is an organization of parents and guardians that volunteer to serve the student body, support school policy and partner with the teachers and staff of LHS.
We seek to support a positive educational and high school experience at LHS by enhancing school-home communication and providing volunteer services.
